The Mirror
and I have a connection,
what we share, we have in common,
what we don’t share, is my reflection.
In the Mirror
a man I see
deep sight, blank stare,
Who could he be?
The Man,
fits my description,
but only physical,
He is me, but only as a vision
The Man,
trapped, is free;
When I look so does he,
I wonder what he sees.
The Mirror,
The Man and I are strangers;
For is not me
In the mirror, I see.
